Our Story

To say we are fussy about our fish at Mr C’s is an understatement. All our fish is MSC certified (which means it is from sustainable sources), and the very best quality. It is frozen at sea within hours of being caught ensuring the fish is as fresh when we cook it, as it was on the day it was caught. Our main aim is to give you the best possible service and the tastiest fish and chips.

Being third generation fish friers, some of our award winning recipes can be dated back to 1974 when Harj’s Grandfather opened his first fish and chip shop. Traditional, family-run Fish and Chip shop. Quality food at reasonable prices, freshly cooked every time.
